We provide a variety of support services for our clients, beginning with initial installation and on-site training through our support services and outsourced monthly billing services. There are a number of ways we can help make your administrative tasks less daunting.
Our one-on-one in house training has provided our clients with the most comprehensive knowledge of their software products. Rather than sit through a class and then try to repeat the steps on your own, we come to you. While sitting at your own computer, in your own offices, we install the software and train you and your staff. Then, if further assistance is required, we can return for additional sessions or you can call with specific questions.
We also order products for your company allowing you to resolve any questions or concerns prior to purchase.
We provide our services at two established hourly rates:
- Services including installation, setup, training and support (including telephone support) are billed at the standard rate. (contact us for our current hourly rate.)
- For outsourced billing services our rates are reduced. **Rates are subject to change without notice.
